The MHM-3.1131 (Minsk Leader) Motorcycle was launched into a small-scale production and a model was tested and improved in 1995 at the Minsk Motorcycle and Rim (MVE).

The new motorcycle differs from its predecessor, IMOW-3.112, both externally and internally. Dynamic quality of MHS-3.113.1 has been improved by increasing the compression to 12 units. The engine has become more outward and economical. The noise level was also reduced.

The motorcycle has become stronger and more stable thanks to a dopplex frame. The whole new design of the fork made the motorcycle move smoother. The amortizing system has been improved by mine factory designers.

A 95 Watt generator was installed at the MHS-3.1131.

The appearance of the motorcycle was improved. MS3.113.1 has become more modern.

An interesting fact is the attempt to use a separate lubrication system in 1997 for MIPZ-3.113.1. But it was decided not to do so because of the increased requirements for lubricants, as the motorcycle was primarily intended for rural and third-world residents.

Minsk engine is single-cylindrical, two-stroke. The engine is running at 123.7 cubic centimeters. Maximum speed 85 km/h. Engine power of 10 horsepower at 6,400 o/min

The motorcycle consumes 4.2 litres of the fuel mix. 11-litre benzobac. C-62S Carburetor.
