In the post-war years, the re-established economy of Europe needed simple, cheap transport, so the first low-lying cars appeared. Everyone knows Citroen 2CV and VW Kaffer well. In the Council country, the cars have not yet been fully developed and the production of low-cost small-liters has been established at the MZMA plant (later ALC). But the European is available, the Soviet man is expensive. That's why our country used motorcycle popularity.
The moto industry in the USSR was more or less developed before the war. Since 1928, there have been quite interesting models of " Iz " in Udmurthia, including the very advanced " Iz " and " Iz "-2 models with large " doubles " of 1,200 cubic centimetres.
But all the plans for the serial production of motorcycles were still planned - war started. And after the war, the Soviet leadership decided not to invent a bike... but to use trophies.
German drawings and equipment from the DKW plant were obtained both by Izmas and by the Minsk Mothulose. The claimants learned the production of the equipment, Ambassadoredier-Izh-350, with a two-stroke engine in 350 kubs. A cycling factory from Minsk took a light motorcycle with a motor of 125 kubs. Subsequently, the DKW drawings were accompanied by the Degtyareve Route, which created the Recreation mark.

In the Soviet province, they preferred primitive tech that wasn't just to repair... but that could ideally not be serviced until something fell apart. In the villages, Izi, Woswah and Minski were stunned.
I mean, the city's public preferred anonyms, and it wasn't a pedagogy. MZ from GDR, Pannonia, from Hungary and, of course, Czech Jawa. That's what she's talking about.
