Motorcycle Models
The BMW motorcycle unit built a flying Hover Ride Design Concept for Lego Technic toy. In turn, it is transferred from the Lego Motorcycle Model, which is a copy of BMW R 1200 GS Adventure.
The reduced Hover Ride version is made of the same detail as the copy of R 1200 GS Adventure is 603. Thus, buyers of the Lego model (which is nearly $60) can collect it in two different options.
A full-time " flying " Hover Ride Design Concept obviously cannot be transformed into an ordinary motorcycle or back.
The BMW concept is presented at Lego World in Copenhagen and will subsequently go to Norway, after which they will be taken to the Munich Research Centre.
In 2016, Lego presented a model of a track supercar Porsche 911 GT3 RS, completed at 1:8. The model has become a fully functional mechanism that simulates a robotic box of PDK with two chains. A 2,704 immersible supercar received a work suspension, a steering control, brake mechanisms, and a six-cylindrical motor mobile car.
Also in 2016, Lego, together with Ford, built a new generation GT race car model. The relay was prepared in honour of the return of Ford to the 24-hour marathon of Le Man after a 50-year recess. Supercar's got one to three. It took three weeks to connect 40,000 details.
