Motorcycle Dnieper Characteristics
The history of motorcycle development takes root in a distant 1885 year, when a well-known German engineer, Gotlib Dymler, designed a steep motox with a small kerosene engine. The frame and wheels of the first motorcycle were wooden, and the speed was barely 12 kilometres per hour.
In the Soviet Union, motorcycles appeared at the beginning of the thirtieth years, and in fact they were copied with German analogs. Starting production
Motorcycle K-750 is the first model with which two-wheeled cars have started. The whole structure weight was 318 kilograms, the engine of 745 cubic cm developed a capacity of 25 litres. The motor cycle was equipped with a four-stage gearbox, the steering wheel was rotated with a card-wall that was sufficiently smooth.
The braking system consisted of two solid drums with flexible wires. The 20-litre fuel tank allowed a distance of 350 kilometres without refuelling. The fuel consumption was not more than 6 litres per 100 kilometres.
The K-750 motor cycle was considered successful from the start of production, which did not require any design changes. well-designed nodes and aggregates have been uninterrupted, and their layout has made it difficult to make all necessary adjustments required in the course of operation.
By its reliability, the K-750 motorcycle was far ahead of the M-72 predecessor, and the German prototype Wandererer left it unreliably behind bypass and dynamism. The two-cylindrical propulsion engine with the opposition position of the porch in 100 per cents of a second was gaining revolutions with hard force control. Over the entire production period, from 1959 to 1967, more than 100,000 motorcycles were produced and later modified by K-750 by large lots.
